• Your company’s activity, location of premises, size and complexity are all taken into account.
• Document reviews aim to establish that your quality documentation meets the requirements of the appropriate ISO standard. The documentation system employed is discussed with you and a detailed, on-site audit is carried out on your company’s implemented, documented system against your current working practices and the appropriate ISO standard
• The findings of the audit are provided in a written report. If there are any areas of concern to the auditor, the following may be raised:

Major non-compliances – which must be rectified before certification can be recommended.

Minor non-compliances – which do not affect the recommendation for approval but must be addressed prior to the issue of your certificate.

Environmental Audits

• Environmental audits are intended to quantify environmental performance and environmental position. An environmental audit report may also aim to define what needs to be done to sustain or improve on indicators of such performance and position.
