ISO 9001 Consultant can provide you with a Microsoft-based system that covers all the essential requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.  Getting you up and running in the shortest possible time.

Once you have purchased your system(s), our consultant will visit your site, and install and customise the system(s) to suit your organisation. One to one training will also take place with your Quality Representative at this time. Many consultancy companies promise training on all elements of the management system, but fall short in delivery. We will ensure that you understand every facet of your system and how it assists your organisation.

The Essential Package is guaranteed to meet UKAS Certification requirements for your chosen standard.

Further training and support may be purchased as you wish. Our consultant will be happy to discuss this with you at the time of installation.  Integration with the ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) is also available.

ISO 9001 Certification -The Advanced Package

The Advanced Package offers a complete hand-holding service. Our consultant will work with all levels of the company interacting with the company directors and individual departments to ensure that all staff are left in no doubt of the importance of their continued involvement with, conformance to and development of the standard. Starting from our Essential Package level, we will take the company further, through a complete TQM-style exercise ensuring the organisation gains maximum benefit from their ISO system investment.

As the system develops our consultant (a CQI Chartered Quality Professional) will conduct mini audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008. Prior to the third party Part 1 and 2 Assessments, our consultant will conduct a complete internal audit and sit with the first Management Review Meeting to ensure compliance.
